Just picked up a "tryout gig" at a German club. Could lead to much more work at a bueatiful place with an indoor restaurant and giant outdoor pavillion. I've been there for dinner and picnics before and think I can do a good job with their mostly older crowd but I will ned some traditional German music. I'm at a loss. And sorry no I don't speak German so I guess I will have to just do instramentals unless there are some with English lyrics. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Anything performed by Helmut Lotti should go over well. He's very popular in Germany especially among older audiences. smile

Hey guys

Thanks for the suggestions. I even got a lot of stuff in an email. Now I just have to learn it. Anyone else want to add anything I'll look appreciate that too.

This is the largest German Club on the East Coast, Deutscher CLub of Clark NJ, and maybe in the Country. For some of their picnics they import bands from Germany so they get a lot of the "real Stuff" I'm just there for light dinner/dancing music so if I throw a couple of appropriate tunes in I think I'll be OK.
No matter, the beers are great and the food, wow!

Thanks again
