1. I recorded midi file on Roland (5 years ago).
2. Playing it on Tyros2 there will be better to change some voices.
3. To change them on the fly - no problems.
4. But how to save midi file with new voices of Tyros to the memory?

You need to go via Digital Recording / Song.
Make your changes and SAVE to User or USB Stick or Hard Drive.
