When I record a song and try to save it in the user. It always says this drive is full. It is empty and it still says that. Can someone help. I have the psr 2100.

The User Memory is shared by Songs, user styles, registrations, user voices, etc. It is possible that you have filled up the User Memory with styles so there is no more room for your songs.

You were exactly right, as soon as I cleared the user style I was able to save in the song user.
