Few months ago, you did asked me to gather XD serie OS problems for you to fix. I could see you've been bussy lately with NAMM and Ketron new products, but we, all XD users, think that is moraly equal to get an answer from you regarding the date of when we will get an fixed XD serie OS. It seems that Ketron simply abandoned the XD series especially now when the new SD5 is announced.

Man its almost 3 months without even a reply. I am one of the dissapointed owners of the xd3. The thing that bothers me is that AJ asked you to post problems (you did), why ask if He's not going to communicate. What's up with that ??Ketron wants to know how to wake up US arranger market. duh how about customer service and retention. Since xd3 I must of bought 10 synths of other brands passing up on Ketron because of poor product support. Man I just get more irritated when I see my unusable xd3 sitting in my studio. Maybe I should put it in the closet. Flavie we got dissed. Sorry guys just venting my fustrations.

Belive me if I had a date, I would let you know. It is true that with the up coming shows (Frankfurt is next), these developments have been put on hold. When I get a date, I'll let you know. I did get your points as to what needed to be done on the XD3 - but not all points are doable at this time.
