I went to the Ketron website (www.ketron.it) but was unable to find something new. Are you referring to the new OS for the SD1?

When you go to the website, click on "News 2003". You will get information about the new OS update for the SD1.

When you click on 'Technical support', (new link on the left hand side) you will be introduced to the new tech-support specialists all over the world.
