Three legends although Paul Schaeffer is a mean player as well.

It's nice to hear The Cat on the StageA (a first for me) but there's just no comparison when it's played on the B3.

Nice find, Taike...and you're right...it sounds better on a "B".

The Stagea does a commendable job...the guy playing is terric.

This is really interesting. I've seen the Paul Schaeffer piece many times. This time, I picked up two things:

1. He was thanking Dan Akroyd (sp?), a fellow Canadian, who evidently was part of the program.

2. You can catch a brief glimpse of Paul's friend and boss, David Letterman, in the front row of the audience on two brief occasions towards the end (last one-when the tune is over and the camera pans right to left).

The Cat...the national anthem of traditional B-3 players.

GREAT!

Dan Aykroyd is a big promoter of the The Blues, and is a pretty good harmonica player.

I met Paul Shaffer quite some years ago, in Toronto...he knew my Yamaha boss...real nice guy....super player...very humble about his talent.

There's a great style for "The Cat" on the Yamaha PSR-S910, called "OrganGroove"...pretty accurate.
