Great job Bill.
Good choice of style, well balanced voices and back ground, nice and clean vocals.
If you have the music parts (pdf or .enc), pls send me:chicomusic@globo.com

Mikey, Stephen, Chico and Fred...

Thanks for your compliments...

Chico, the chart I have is out of a fake book, I made up the intro/ending on my own. I can scan it and send it over as a jpeg.

Let me know if that works for you...

Thanks again, guys...

Roger, that a very nice vocal but you're right, Autumn Leaves was not one of the three tunes Cass selected.

If this idea survives, Autumn leaves would be a good song to include someday...

Cheers-

Roger - thanks for your contribution. Even though our goal was to hear members' version of selected songs, your Autumn Leaves was great. Now how about trying one of the three songs for this month - they are easy enough. Autumn Leaves would make a great fall song.

Well, here's my eJam song Here We Go Again . It's still not what I'd like, but I can't keep rerecording this song; I'm getting tired of it and I like it so much when I hear Ray Charles do it.

Being a white boy, I just haven't got that gospel feel I'd like to have, so I used the Slow Country style from my G70. The left hand parts were FM EP2 and Warm Strings. The right hand parts were Vintage EP1 and Darwbars.

I recorded directly into a Boss BR532 4track digital (using two tracks). I then added reverb and balanced track on Nero Wave Editor.

This is a 'simple' three chord song and easy enough for anyone to have fun with. I hope you enjoy my version.

Wow Cass, that is sooooooooooo gooooooood!!!
I am just blown away with your work on this song.
I am going to have to put you up on that top pedastel along with Donnie as being one of the best in the zone.
would you please email that to me so I can share it with a couple of hundred people on my email lists. Yes, it is that good.
Thank you so much.
I will listen to this one over and over.
I guess it helps that Ray Charles is one of my favorites and I got to know him back in the early 50's when I was playing at the Desert Inn on Valley Blvd in El Monte.
Such great talent. I would love to hear more of your interpretations.
Just fine that is all I can think to say. I think that if this was a contest instead of a jam you would have just won
Thanks so much for sharing.

Ray has always been one of my major influences in music so I thought I would give this one a try. I'm playing a PSR 3000, mic going through the internal speakers and recorded directly onto a Flip Ultra cam.

Many thanks to Cass for showing me how to post this here. Here We Go Again

Eddie
