Just curious, as I'm still pursuing headset mics.

Thanks

Gary tried it and returned it. I'm sure he will chime in with details.

Gary had one & dumped it quick. Zuki borrow one try it on stage before you buy one. Headsets ain't for everyone. I used the Crown for one song ...boxed it up, sent it back pronto.

I have one and used it for a couple of years. Just be careful when you're using it. The wire on it is so small and fragile that it breaks easily. I had to have mine repaired twice. I have mine hard-wired into an XLR set up and made the mistake of sitting back on my stool and coompletely breaking it completely. i am now waiting on the extra money to go with a wireless set up so that it doesn't happen again.

Go with wireless and I think you'll like it. Love mine... when it was working.

zuki, I use the Countryman IsoMax MHHP6HH05L. This was the model recommended to me by Full Compass for the application of hardwiring to the Pa2X which has phantom power and having two speakers behind me. It is substantially cheaper than the e6i, a little more visible, but much more discrete than the Crown that I had previously owned.

It required minimal setup and I have experienced no feedback, and love the tone, suits my voice anyway. Well worth a try.

Best wishes, Graham

Thanks for the replies. When you say hardwired, do you still have to use a transmitter, or is it totally wire free?

I had the E6I for three days, it didn't have the depth I wanted, very thin sounding, and feedback was horrible. I sent it back for a full refund.

Mikey,

Home come your selling it? Didn't it suit your needs? Did you use it wired or wireless?

Thanks

Al
