No plans on buying one, regardless of the current enhancements...

I am so happy with the T2, that it's going to be a while before I retire her.

It will take some substantial improvements for me to pursue a newer Tyros...

Donny,

I know you had been wondering if Michel Voncken had jumped ship...

Take a gander at this link. Looks like our favorite demo guy will be doing some demos on Tyros3 soon.

Hope they make it into video soon too!

I am personally going to wait at least until after winter NAMM before I change or add a new arranger to my arsenal too many things on the horizon that interest me......

But I wish all new T3 owners Good Luck and Happy Times!

No way. Insufficient extras on the Tyros 2 to warrant going to the Tyros 3 (probably be a Tyros 4 customer).
Interestingly the debate has sharpened my mind - I need to spend more time being a better player of the keyboard I have, before I embark on yet another one.

Upgrading from T1 to T3. This was an easy choice.

I won't rule it in or out. I'm waiting for OS2 from Korg first. Not a bad idea to see what's coming at Winter Namm either.

I am not buying ty 3 and in fact will probably sell Ty2 and PSR 9000 both hardly used. I am staying with the Roland E 80.

Not buying a T3. I use my 8 year old PA80 more than I use the T2 and I doubt that the T3 would be significant enough of a change that it would matter for me.

I plan to audition one as soon as it hits my local store. In other words in about two years if someone trades one in on a Clavinova.
However, I'm sure we'll have one at the next Shreveport Jam in January 09. Oh, I forgot that's still a secret.

I am staying with the PA2XPRO for now...I just don't think I can stand to be pushed into playing the chords in that little typical one octive left hand split area.

If I did go T3, I would hook my CME 76 board up for the lower and then have the full 61 upper (AGAIN)

It does have nice sounds (T3)I will see what OS2 brings...then...well ...we see.

Guys - I'm saving my quarters up for a curved soprano sax right now. So I'll hang onto the T2 until I see if the styles can come my way. On the other hand, if I can just sell my boat now that the price of gas is coming back down.... These days a pound of Red Snapper only costs about $57 if you drive your own boat. HA HA.

Best of luck and have fun to those of you who are getting on board. It looks like a great machine.
