Yes Chas...untarnished and unbesmirched.

It's tough being this pure, ain't it?

Ok since no one recognized the mistery piano I will tell you what it is.

It is the concert piano sound from the Ketron X1/X4 series.

Hey Donny... (and the rest of you!) The P.Creek file for the PA800 is up at P. Creek (look under Korg).

A huge improvement over the Triton based stuff (PA1X etc), but they still tend to go for I feel a tad less sustain than Roland and Yamaha. Warmer than Yamaha (a fridge is that!), but still a little cold in the mid and lower mid section. It will probably bed with a track nicely, but I feel as a naked, solo piano, it still isn't the king of the hill...

Mind you, with only 61 notes to play it on, that usage is unlikely, anyway.

Hi,
I wouldn't have guessed that one either & I've got 2 Ketrons ( SD1+ & SD2) & I like the piano's on those.

Didn't think much of the mystery demo piano sound.

best wishes
Rikki
