to have surgery to remove my prostrate that has cancer in it's earliest stages. I'll be out of action for a while. The surgery is Monday morning. But as the the gov of California use to say in the movies "I'll be back"

I'm sure you'll be just fine. Prostate surgery has come a long way in the past decade, and several Synthzoners have undergone the procedure with excellent results.

30 radiation treatments with a good outcome.
psa went rom 11.8 to 2.5. dr is happy.
ps. i use a donut ring while sitting at the computer. it seems to help with the minor discomfort.

for you and may your recovery go 110% quicker than normal....may any fears you have be put to rest, as Gary said the procedure has changed greatly in the last 10 years for the better and a lot of us Zoners have had similar problems with the prostrate...you will be back up and playing in no time.....May God Bless.....

Steven - 'been there - done that'. I'm still kickin' (thank the Lord). Wishing you a very speedy recovery and see you around here again very soon! Jerry Lewis had the "full treatment" (removal) and was back on the road doing a show in two weeks. You'll be back on your feet within a couple weeks.
