my little 16-month old niece from Philly just visited us for a few days. last day i set up my E60, she jumped on my lap and proceeded to follow everything i did. in a couple of minutes she got the hang of the on/off button, the fills, and the touchscreen and was wailin' away on the keys. couldn't tear her away from it, i dropped the stand down to her level and she did a Jerry Lee Lewis routine. her Mom called
from Philly to say the first thing kid did when she got home was run to turn on her music box, picked up her little xylophone and for the next hour was playing along with the box. A born arranger player!!! so my question is..anyone have a recommendation of what kb
i should get her now? Korg Oasys over my budget..lol

Mo, my 2yr. old grandson is considering running for congress. His slogan will be a take-off on Bush's "No Child Left Behind". Something like "No Diaper-less behind". Whaddyu' think?

chas, yr grandson has my vote, shouldn't he have a female counterpart who plays keys?

guys, thx for refs..but a lot has to be considered re what would be easiest for a
tot to grasp and use for at least a year
or two at this stage. so chas, what does your grandson recommend?

actually Fran..that's funny but u have the right idea..she loved those big lit buttons..
E50?..actually, maybe the exr5's would be
cool..same buttons i think, easier to use, and
probably can get a used one cheap..

but i'm thinking maybe not safe to have a
plug-in unit yet at that age..better to have
a battery-option.
