Gang-

Playing a Senior day function locally here this morning, all of a sudden ..in the middle of a song, (No midi files...just using the Tyros' Styles, the song came to a quick and complete stop. The kb was responsive...but the style accompiant wasn't playing anymore.

I got a "MEMORY FULL" and an OK? Icon to click...

I did, and everythign returned to normal..

Can someone explain to me what and why that happened?

Thanks-

I guess there could be many reasons for it. This system's response reminds me of an error that occured while a session long time ago. I'd created a new sound with the keyboardist on his synth. We played some tunes together, he on keys and me on frets, and then after a while he stopped playing because the synth's display showed the message "MEMORY FULL..." and an "OK" or "DUMP" option (in order to the synth we'd played). The reason for it was only the following fact: "We forgot to save the new created sound!!!"

But this is only one reason of hundreds!

Isn't it interesting how save your datas are on a synth???
