Excellent Scott. Clear as a bell. Levels A+. VH just right.

I should make it perfectly clear that I was joking with Scott about the Country. Everything he does sounds good, but some things sound better!

Scott ... I really enjoyed your piano playing on this, and the flute solo was excellent ... although listening to the piano, I would have liked to hear you do a piano solo ... I really admire your playing ...
If I might, ... I think the key sounded just a tad too high for you in spots or you were getting short of breath or something on some of the higher notes ... I am used to you hitting notes like that stronger/fuller than in this recording ...

Tony: yeah, thought no one would notice. Yeah, I tried it a key lower, but wasn't happy with the overall sound (too dull). I have to agree that I came up a little short on the high notes, perhaps because I'm currently not in peak vocal shape. I realize I'm in need of a good vocal tune-up, and need to get back on the tread mill and focus back on the ol vocal warmup exercises to free up my voice & expand my range again. Ok, I've made this my Chinese New Years 2006 resolution now. Voice & keyboard chop daily conditioning work is really no different than a pro sports athelete's training. It's too easy to slip into complacency of the daily gig grind. Ok Tony, thanks a lot for the kick in the butt. - Scott

Scott .. just one man's opinion, but if it helps ...

PS I would still like to hear your thoughts on the 'drum mapping' you were talking about for that "Mr. Lucky" I had recorded a while back ... perhaps you could e-mail me ...
