Looks like it's possible to buy (or at least pre-order) a Clavia Nord Stage here

I agree with Paul Davis that, if one is looking mainly for acoustic piano sounds, the Promegas can be a better option (and a cheaper one too...)

Yeap, that's what the experts say. The Promegas use physical modeling, all the others are sample players. This results in a better connection between notes and an improved musical expressivity. -- José.
