I recently heard one of their songs in the movie 'Garden State' and quickly fell in love with it. The song's called 'New Slang'.

Anyway, I now own both of their CD's and love almost all of the songs on both! They're heavily influenced by The Beach Boys, which you can tell if you listen to a few songs.

Just wanted to share my excitement and see if anyone else has heard of The Shins!
