The following 2 songs were played by a good friend of mine his name is Dick Smith. He is a professional theatre organist, pianist, and electronic keyboadist. This is his first time ever playing the tyros 2.

The first song is a latin song called "Por Tu Amor" it was recorded in realtime to one stereo track. The style used was a beguine and the melody was the flamenco and concert guitar. The intro was add libed.

The 2nd song is called "Stumblin" played in traditional theatre organ style. This shows the incredible variety of sounds the tyros 2 is capable of producing in the right hands. This was also recorded in realtime using the theatre organ quick step style.

To here the songs just click on the link to my page and look for the name Dick Smith.

Very nice tunes, and although the Theatre organ tune is never going to convince anybody they are listening to a real theatre organ, it’s still great to listen to.
One thing I would mention is that he should use at least a 192 bit rate (Not 128) as anything less compresses the sound to much, and stifles the sound quality that modern arrangers can achieve.
Keep up the good work.

Bill

Ray, both yours and Dick's song's are 'heavenly music' to my ears. Expressively & beautifully played. BRAVO! Thank you for introducing me to these wonderful new (to my ears) tunes. I've placed these at the TOP of my iPod 'playlist'. Thanks.

Scott

Nice to hear the vamping with the left hand on the theatre mp3, assuming this is played live and not part of the style. Brings back memories from when I was on the organ and demonstration scene before going more hi-tech. Nice songs
