With my 1st Solton keyboard the sound effects where always good for a laugh . Kerton provided a woman "laugh effect" that was very funny .The X1 comes with Mexican voices that say "Cumbia" and other latin phrases . The X1/SD1 even had Yoodlers for Polka styles . Very funny at times .
Yamaha has door slams, screams , car engines etc . How do you use these features ? Can you always get a laugh while entertaining ?
Just curios ............... Dan O

Dan, the one I miss from the X1 is the woman "sighing". A very sexy sound!
Here's the way I use one: I play "Faded Love" and in the second verse when I get to the part that says "I watch the mating of the doves", I always play the sound of birds tweeting, and tell the audience that I love to watch those doves mate.
If the audience is not particularly responsive some nights, I will play the applause sound, and tell them "it's just like sex, I can do it myself if I have to".
