I wondered, has anyone tried this programme from Midi-Land.
http://www.midiland-pro.de/en/software_frameset.htm Aparently it's supposed to be a dead easy way to enter lyrics into midifiles. I know it's a German product, so maybe some of our German SZ members have any experience with it.
