Donny,

PSR9000's dimensions are 43.9" x 18.3" x 7.2". According to Levy's description, you need [(43.9 + 7.2) + 2]" x [(18.3 + 7.2) + 2]" or 53.1" x 27.5", then I cannot find any suitable bag(s) from Levy's CM keyboard bag series. The closest one I found is their EM502/EM502DX that can hold PSR7000 and PSR8000 (PSR9000 not updated in their manufacture size table), but I am not certain of its actual dimensions, which George Kaye will have to verify. I have a EM520DX bag that holds my 88-key Yamaha S80 synth and I used it to hold the PSR9000 without a problem (well, a bit too long, but good for additional pedals and accessories)). By the way, get the DX model - it has thicker padding for better impact protection.

Hi,

I just got off the phone with the Protec people and they DO NOT MAKE a case to fit the Yamaha PSR9000 keyboard dimensions. They do not know when if at all they will have a model to fit the size of the Psr9000 in the future.

PS my search is continuing

Hi guys,
Sorry I haven't answered you about this topic. I have a Levy's bag in my store that I ordered because they told me this one was made to fit the PSR9000. Paul, you bought my last PSR9000. today I sold my only 9000 pro. I have this case but I have to make sure the dimensions are right for the PSR9000. I'll check it tomorrow. I sold my 9000Pro to Eric who posted his picture here on this discussion forum last month. He lives in Santa Barbara, Cal. He talked me into letting him have my only one. Now I hope I can get more in a hurry from Yamaha! Eric owned a PSR8000 and he wanted to upgrade. I think he will be really happy with his new purchase.

Hi Eric,

Hey Man, I'm really really jealous! George Kaye told me you were coming to visit his store today but WOW, I had no idea you were going to leave with the Yamaha 9000pro. I played the 9000pro at the NAMM show and was really impressed with its' great sounds/styles, cool professional design, and great feeling 76 note keys. I know you made an EXCELLENT choice.

BTW, did you bring cute little "Sunny" with you to help make your keyboard decsion?
Congratulations on your new Yamaha 9000pro. I hope you will keep the rest of us on the board informed, giving your feedback and experiences with your new 9000pro. Have fun! If you're ever in the SF Bay Area again, look me up.

Scott
