Well gentlemen, I am the proud owner of a new 9000pro and of course I have a new question for you gurus out there. How do you save your own settings in the "Parameter Lock" in the "Utility" feature so next time you turn on the board it doesn't revert back to the old settings?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you Gentlemen! that was quick! I will try your suggestions. Hey Chico, I want to tell you that Brasillian Music is one of my very favorites. I miss Jobim a lot, but what a legacy he left! Joao Gilberto, Bola Sete, Nascimento, Mendez, all great!
If you have some of those great Brasilian(or anything in Latin) styles I would appreciate them sent to the group.
By the way, how do you like the PRO?
Right now I am having a problem getting a case for it; were you able to get a case?
Ciao for now.
Mario

Hi Mario,

I will try to send you some CVP209 styles.
All you have to do is to adjust the volume of the drums, bass and other parts to your liking.

Let me know

Eric

Hi Mario

Eric is a gentleman ! He sent me all cvp 209
collection of styles that runs as a glove.
I made some modifications in the bossa styles because I like bossa very very simple and clean, however, all cvp's bossas are good.
Have you Encore notator?
I can to send you some bossa nova arranged by myself :Jobim,Edu Lobo,Chico Buarque,Milton Nascimento,Ivan Lins,Carlos Lyra,Luiz Bonfa and the new generation Lo Borges,Flavio Venturini,Cazuza etc.
Do you want?

I have a very light and resistant foam bag made in Brasil for the 9000Pro; the same for my G1000(two years used) and looks like new.

Brasilian regards
Chico

Hello.

My foam bag is the same sold by Samash in USA.
I think that George Kaye(kayeland@aol.com) can help you to find it.

Eric, Chico:
Thanks guys! Yeah, I would love to have all those styles you've mentioned if possible. As well as those new names in Brasilian music. So far I love the PRO and its capabilities; of course I got a lot of "midnight oil" to burn yet before I get to master it. It should not be to hard since I already own the PSR2000 as well(however I intent to sell it as soon as I get the PRO ready to go) I also have an X1 which I bought from GeorgeK and which I am keeping.
By the way, I'll give GeorgeK a call in reference to that case. I prefer a light hard case, the kind that SKB makes, but they don't have one for the PRO; darn! I would hate to damage the top of the keyboard by not having something solid protecting it, you know "shit happens" when you least expect it.
Chico, I don't have the Encore Notator, I am not familiar with it; I use Cakewalk Pro9 to do all my recording/editing, etc.
Again gentlemen, muy agradecido.
Mario

Hi Mario,

most of the CVP209 styles are identical to the 2000 styles.
However the CVP209 does have a few extra goodies.
