My top end MEDIASTATION arrived today and I can't wait to set it all up and get down to some serious playing and editing. Too busy tonight setting a new Focusrite Saffire sound card up.
This came in an awesome Gator case and the packaging was far better than any keyboard manufacturer I have ever had - well done Domenico nice one, you certainly look after your customers from day 1 as I expected!
I will let all of you lot know what it sounds like ASAP.
Remember folks, just because Lionstracs don't go invading every country like Yamaha, Roland, Korg etc doesn't mean they are rubbish - seriously consider this instrument as it offers way more than anything else out there (well Wersi is a little similar with the Ikarus but it's far more expensive and can't host as many plugins).
CHECK IT OUT IT'S AWESOME AND ITS LINUX, SOD WINDOWS!

The Mediastation X-76 weighs in at around 55 pounds. Not light but its very well built, mostly of metal with painted wood sides.

The price I got it for was excellent, ask Domenico for a quote if you are interested in one. It is cheaper than a Wersi Ikarus by loads. Not sure of Tyros 2 and G70 but certainly it's competitive and worth every penny. You don't have to go for the all singing model as I did, there is one cheaper.
The weight is not much more than my SD1 or G1000, it's manageable.
Any updates are installed via the internet at a touch of a button and you can swap files between other Mediastation users easily, great for sharing ideas and songs etc
Turning it on for first time now so will update on sounds, styles, features soon.

Well 5 hours into trying out my new Mediastation. I will post what I think of it very soon when I have tried more sounds, features and styles out. There's quite a few things to get my head around yet so be patient, it will come soon.

Dear Craig_UK;

Looking forward to hearing your review. When you have time & are more familiar with the KB, maybe you could post various MP3s. In particular showing the various styles, intros, fills, endings of the KB, since these are sparsely illustrated on the website. As well as the "Audio-midi-arranger" which is not explained well. Thank-you

Regards;
BN
