I've produced my first two MP3's of the Tyros. The first is based on an arrangement I used to do in a Tiawana band 30 years ago - Herb Alpert.s All my lovin using the Tiawana Style. The second is Ipanema using primarily the sax and a Bossa style. I have not altered anything as I am still trying to discover sounds and how the keyboard interacts, but I would really appreciate any suggestions.
You should be able to download the files from the URL below:

Eddie from Rotherham had the same trouble. It seems some people could download the files but others could not. I'd be grateful if a few of you other guys would try and let me know how you got on.

Thanks for trying guys,
I'll delete this thread soon and I'm getting my own ISP, so hopefully I'll be ok to share files then. Thanks again guys.

Hi Ron

Am new to the Synthzone Forum, own a PSR 2000, usually frequent the Yahoo PSR song & style groups and pop in here now and again.
I have been trying out the Yahoo briefcase recently as an alternative storage place mainly for Midi files. I presume you are using the free service, if so you can NOT give the public general access to your briefcase, only nominated friends with a Yahoo identity. If you want to make your files available to the public you have to pay.
However there is a way round this. You can select the file(s) you want to share and email a notification to any individual or group. The email includes a link which takes you direct to your file(s) bypassing any settings, (public, friends , private) you may have.
I explained this to Eddie (from Rotherham)last week and that's what he did. BTW. He's on vacation this week.
I suggest you email a notification to yourself, you'll receive a link, copy that link and paste it into your post here and that should work.

Best of luck

Will

to Ron

we have free MP3 storage for active members at my keyboard club

go to the following address and join via the yahoo join box at the top of the page. Its a keyboard/synth club, no specific manufacturer, we share midis and mp3's
http://www.roncat.net/private.htm

once you join mp3 upload instructions are at http://www.roncat.net/keyboard-synth-module-club/

I do tyros conversions for friends too! (Tyros to XG or GM files.)

hope that helps,

Cathy

Hello Keyskitten,

Not trying to over-shadow Tyron's effort in posting his MP3's, but I found a real nice piece on your web site.

http://www.roncat.net/keyboard-synth-module-club/spotlight/reed.htm

Click on the Tyros Blues...Sounds good to me! I feel pretty confident he's playing this and I will assume it is a Tryos.

Thanks for the links. I've got my 'new listening' material for tomorrow morning.
