Yes, there is a great utility that I used to use with my ASR-10 and my Mac called EPSm.
You take your ASR-10 zip disk and and mount it on your iMac. EPSm allows your Mac to mount ASR-10 formatted disks. It also allows you to convert each wavesample into an AIFF file and visa versa. It also lets you archive and burn to CD your ASR-10 disks on your Mac. It is an awesome program.

p.s. If you want to talk shop I have used an ASR-10 since 1994. I just sold it for $2k to get an E-MU E5000 Ultra but I produced 2 CD's with my ASR and know it inside and out. I even still have a spare Screen/Buttons daughterboard.
