Hello Clemens! Are you overwhelmed by all the replies to your postings? I was curious, do you do your recording onto analog, DAT, or hard disk? I am trying to develop some expertise in the latter so if you have anything to share in that area, let it fly. I have a Tascam DA20 I use to record my final mixes and I'm happy with it but would like to move into digital editing on the PC to see what it can do for me.

I have a Pentium (200kHz/64Mb/4,3Gb), an Event-Layla suondcard and Cubase VST Score
3.55r3.

My problems are :

1. The audio click doesn´t start from the beat one (the higher note) but it starts from the beat two.

2. The heard click (both MIDI and audio) don´t always go together with the transport bars rolling counter. When I have recorded something, the result (in the playback) is different that I played (it´s a mess). This happens very randomly ( about every third or fourth recording) and I haven´t found any logic from it.

I can´t do anything with this kind of system.

Do you have something to say about these kind of problems?
