Hello everyone.
I just ordered the VA5 kbd (couldn't go the the 7 because budget issues ). I 've read on the VA7's brochure that one difference between the two is the lack of aftertouch on the 5. But in the 2002 Rolands' catalogue, VA5 was listed as keyborad with aftertouch. Anyone could answer that? You may think "You'll know in few days that your keyboard will arrive", but you know how it is when expecting new gear! Days are longer than years.
Thanks
Dimitris

Every spec description I've seen on the VA-5 lists it not having aftertouch.

But I think I can use the aftertouch of my W7 (Yamaha, remember it?) through midi to trigger vibrato or control something, don't I?

Yes, that should work. VA-5 recognises aftertouch, but canīt produce it by itself.
