I wonder if an arranger keyboard with a MIDI foot controller might be the way to go now. Although that may be a little different from the AO it would probably be a lot more flexible in allowing you the freedom to change chords to whatever you want on the fly while you play guitar.

I don't really think you will be able to find AO now and a newer arranger keyboard would probably be far superior in sound quality.
