The Yamaha ES6 beats the TR-61 hands down. The TR-61 is Korgs budget workstation. The ES6 was up until recently Yamaha's flagship workstation.., prior to the release of the Motif XS.

The ES isn't hard to navigate really. It will however take you much further with your music and has many more options.
