For instance: Pads, Panelmemory, Tempo, composer and soundnaming. All kind of data input, instead of the buttons beneath the display.
2. A MANUAL BASS PART (including a manual bass on/off button)
3. A THIRD RIGHT PART
4. A SECOND LEFT PART
5. TECHNI-CHORD SETTING ON R1 AND R2
Include expanding trio and quartet
6. MUCH LARGER USER MEMORIES
7. A FEW USER-SETTINGS, WHICH PERMANENTLY OVERRIDE THE DEFAULT SETTINGS
For instance: so it is not need for instance to mute and save various settings in every panel memory or all the time

[This message has been edited by cees (edited 07-12-2003).]If you want nearly all of the features listed above (except SD card and lighter weight) you can easily get them but not in a Technics SX-KN7000.... Its called a Wersi Abacus and it costs a bundle of money but it will do what you want it to. Consider it the Ferrari of arrangers with a price tag to match. Abacus has incredible features, great sounds, more polyphony, and more expandability than any other keyboard on the market today. Most people will never drop the $7K+ necessary to buy one but it does exist if you are so inclined to buy one.
It just isn't feasible for Technics to offer all the features listed above for less money than the current KN7000. Sure we can dream but that dream isn't likely to be realized for quite some years at a bargain price. For now the Wersi seems to be the only option if you must have all those features.
