I do not use registrations (user programs) except for special set ups.
I prefer other ways..
You can use OTS on the G70. You can program OTS and use it with 6 parts.
Each OTS button (4 total) can assign any 6 parts (real time). Each button in
the OTS can have different instrument sounds. Then you can select any sound
of the 6 parts for each OTS x4.
But I prefer this way.. when I power on the G70, I will select a sound
in each category (18).
That is my favorite, Piano, EP, Sax, Strings, guitar, Organ, Synth,
Brass, drums etc.
Now they are my go to favorites.. I could search for a different sound,
but no need to.
I select my initial user program that is my primary set up.
Includes assigned button choices, D beam, style, and play mode.
Also mic and routing, harmonizer etc.
Now I can select any style, and maintain my initial settings. No freezes,
or locks. Just pick the style, use the arranger parts,
or left hand bass with rhythm and piano. A single assign button to switch arranger on..
Select my favorite sound in any sound group, instantly..
Just play with out looking for registrations.
