I will be using the Roland A-800 Pro midi controller with my Ketron SD90. It is a 61 key keyboard with dozens of knobs and sliders which can be assigned functions. It has been a very good keyboard for my needs and you might take a look at it.

I have no experience with any of the other products you mentioned in your post.
