You are not alone in having some problems with regard to KN - PC communications. Recently, I wrote step-by-step procedures for XP and Win98SE, to help others with similar problems. You can download the procedures from my website here: http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/kntechtips I believe that the Win98SE procedure is applicable to Win2000 although I was not able to confirm this, since I do not have a copy of Win2000.
