Hi Mark and Michelle,
I still have my KN6000 and would like to echo Tony's recommendation. I've had Alec Pagida's manual for a long time and it is an invaluable tool. It describes how to use the many technical features of the KN6000 in an easy to follow and understand format. I did a little search for you. Click on this and you will be taken to a post that will lead you to Walt Tenay's website.
