My response: I've listened to all three models (Pa4X, Pa700, Pa1000) on SoundCloud, comparing the same sounds, styles and songs downloaded by Korg. The result, at least to my ears, is that the Pa4X sounded best. Second is the Pa1000, and then the Pa700. There isn't a big difference, but if you listen carefully, the Pa4X has a little more clarity and precision. You can hear each individual instrument clearer compared to the other two. I think this is how it ought to be. After all, those who pay more for the Pa4X should have better sound.
