Hi Snoopy,your there was a driver missing in the amd 10 processor so I download this drive.
Now I open my audya5 with the cable connect to my laptop after I open my laptop and I have a message that the usb is not reconnize so I reboot my laptop and after the synchronisation open with my audya5
If the problem exist again I will install a new hard disk in my laptop with window7
