I'm with you Leezone, also we dont have lemon laws here in Australia, so that means that the onus on the manufacturer is to fix the product, not replace or give money back. Of course there are also common law suits that can be applied. But the keyboard is great, and I would be very surprised if Ketron dont update it as we go along,
