Sounds like fun. I have an outdoor job, by the lake, Saturday from 3 til 7 or so. Temperature is supposed to be around 100.
They do have a gazebo for me to use, with a huge fan. With the breeze off the lake, it shouldn't be too bad. I do parties for them 3 or 4 times a years. Shorts and flip-flops, lots of home-made food!
