INT PHASE ERROR.
When the AUDYA is turned on, it 'checks' all other circuits and only when it gets a confirmation does it move forward. If the confirmation comes back with an error this code is displayed and depending on the error, it will either stop or skip forward.
INT PHASE ERROR - is associated with the Sound Card (loading initial sounds from the HD) and could be caused/generated if e.g. a low voltage/current from a device (e.g Mixer) were accidentally plugged into the AUDYA's output (as has been the case with 3 units here in the USA which we repaired at the US distribution center [CMC] - although this voids the warantee, we repaired those units at no extra charge to the customer).
This error is also associated with the HD - when the unit (during power on) tries to load the relevant sound files needed for operation. A HD in fatigue/damage/missing or bad clusters will prevent AUDYA from loading the essential files. In this case (and for the most part) a NEW hard drive is needed.
Thanks,
AJ
