Hope you are having more luck than I am with connecting to your PC

I follow the correct procedure by connecting mu new Audya 4 module to the USB on the rear and computer but nothing happens. The computer shows a small window saying ketron is ok to use but the Ketron never gives the expected white window saying the usb is connected and I have tried absolutely everything. All usb midi options are _ OFF internally so its not that. My cables are perfect so its not that.
Any advice anyone?
