I don't know of a video, but it's fairly easy to do. There is a diagram available showing how to do it. I'll try to find it, but I know someone will have it.
Be aware that the harmonizer board for the Midjay is strictly a vocoder. It simply "sings" back according to the notes you hold. No automatic chord features, no special effects, etc.
