Attention AJ, I interpret Glenn's question (and I have the same) as follows:

If somebody currently has 4.0b with new sounds (upgraded step by step in the past) but suspects, that something MIGHT be wrong with the keyboard: what is the correct procedure to re-load completely the SD1 to status 4.0b with new sounds? I guess, it is not just running SD1STAN.EXE again, isn't it?

I re-loaded SD1ORG.EXE with all new sounds, then SD1STAN.EXE and saw that most of my changes were kept, as e.g. the RAM sound list to be laoded in the boot process. This troubled me a bit, despite the KB works. I would prefer once to re-load to 4.0b from scratch (is this the right word :-) ?).
