Hello everybody,

concerning the problem with the Registrations, we still have reported this bug to Ketron Italy. In the debugging phase of the Midjay, we unfortunally remarked it not. I would like to apologize for this. Nobody is perfect.
Concerning the other problems, I would like to stress that the Midjay is NOT mainly designed as an arranger module and a substitue for the XD3 or X4. So if you use f.e. 95% styles in your performance, the XD3 or X4 remains the better solution as the controlling of the style relevant parts is more confortable. The Midjay is mainly designed as an FILEPLAYER where playing styles is not the mainly intended thing.
At my Demos in Germany and Austria I always tried to explain this to the people.It was really joyful that a lot of "NON KEYBOARD ENTERTAINERS" which were performing with CD player or Minidisc player were interested in this instrument,too. Therefore the Midjay is fitted with less buttons and functions for the style controlling then the XD3 and the display is smaller too. So if we try to concentrate on this section, the complains will nevertheless go on, because of the buttons for controlling and so on but, of course it is not possible to change things on the hardware. We also tried to create a very compact module.
Nevertheless, we have collected a lot of interesting ideas from our users during the Demo tour which were reported to Italy,too.
We look forward, which points will be realized in the future, but we do not have any informations about release times or so.
