Looks like the first was SR-JV80-99, than as each new one came out the last two digits were 1 less.
Experience 1 = SR-jv80-99
Experience 2 = SR-JV80-98
Experience 3 = SR-JV80-97
Were these ever marketed at all? I understand they were created so one could "experience" the sound capabilities of the jv/xp series.
If roland was using these cards to help boost sales, wouldn't that indicate these sounds were the best Roland had to offer? I'd like to get one of these cards. I don't want to get a vintage card or the 60's and 70's because I understand there are many of the same sounds just slightly tweaked differently. So I'd rather have an experience card that is more versatile.
What's up with these? So how were/are they marketed? Anyone like'm?
