The one that was just a tad flat had one tone with a random pitch depth of maybe -3. Setting it to 0 seemed to clear the problem up.

The other patch was the preset Crunch Split. That was the one that was consistantly sharp by a whole tone. It has never done that to me before. And I never, as a rule, touch the pitch bend. But I haven't worked on that song in several weeks, and coming back to it, some of my patches were overwritten. So maybe something funky got in there by mistake.
