I use a pair of Beyer DT100 headphones most of the time - perhaps not the best there is but they're still very good and definitely the industry standard.

To hear it through speakers I just use my hifi, though I'm considering splashing out on a pair of Spirit Absolute 2 monitors & a Samson Servo 260 at some point.
