I am kinda starter for sound customizations using sysex, so please be kind even if I ask newbie questions..

If I want to make my own sound, should I use "USER" bank? I think that "USER" bank is ok to delete but I am still not sure..

Oh BTW, have you guys used the utility called ChangeIT? Can I used ChangeIT instead of SoundDiver?
