Look elsewhere..
The 106 is a good synth, but I don't think it's quite what your looking for.

1) The Keyboard is not velocity sensative
2) It is only 6 note polyphonic.

The 106 tends to be used for bass sounds, and pads. It's a true synth in the sense of the word, thanks to it's slider controls.
You may well get a passable organ patch out of it, but you can forget about piano!
