Don't know much about the RS50..
If the patches can be edited and stored within the keyboard it would be a simple (if not time consuming) job to go though ech ptch and adjust it's patch levels storing the results.

A audio compressor whacked on the output of the RS50 would compress the loud patches leaving the quite ones to pass though uneffected.
