The 62 notes that Korg gives you performs just as well, if not BETTER than the 128 that Yamaha advertises. The Tyros has layers of up to EIGHT tones in some sounds, and that can get used up VERY quickly.
I'd suggest getting a Motif module to contrast the Korg sound set. That's a killer combo.
