iPads don't run Mac software. Unless I missed one, I've seen no arranger software for iPad. Most of Giglad's storage requirements come from the soundset. I don't want to use their sounds, just want to use a GS soundset and then stuff like Pianoteq,

I'm a big fan of the CME products, for wireless AND wired MIDI. Give their H4 interface a look. USB-C, USB-A, 5-pin MIDI & wireless MIDI (WIDI) with an optional internally mounted accessory board. Very affordable, very reliable.
